Responsible for the management of the specialty pharmacy practice sites including supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff.
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D plus 2 years retail and or specialty pharmacy management experience required
Pennsylvania registration in Pharmacy or eligibility required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
Must be committed to providing and ensuring outstanding customer service skills.
Must be able to make sound decisions while acknowledging departmental and institutional resources available to help make these decisions.
Must foster good working relationships with external customers and must be committed to ongoing self-development
