Salem Health is currently seeking an experienced dynamic leader to be our next Director of Pharmacy.
The Director of Pharmacy administers, coordinates and initiates the fiscal, functional clinical and personnel support for provision of Pharmacy services at Salem Health. The Director also providers leadership, coordination and administrative support to Salem Health, Hospitals and Clinics in coordination with Medical Staff. The Director of Pharmacy is the Chief Pharmacy Officer of Salem Health and is accountable for following all of the statutory responsibilities as adopted by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy in supervising the pharmacy operations for the Hospital and Clinics.

Pharm-D Degree required
MS degree or equivalent required
Demonstrated experience leading an organization through rapid change cycles
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a complex leadership role
Minimum of five (5) years of Pharmacist experience required
Required Licenses/ Certifications/ Registrations:
Currently a registered Pharmacist with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy or within two (2) months of hire, required
